Important info for all appointments

Please be on time for appointments. If you are late we can only work with the time we have left for your appointment however you will still be charged for the full amount of that appointment. Arriving on time, or 10 minutes before your appointment allows you to feel more relaxed before your appointment. We can’t keep others waiting, just as you wouldn’t like to be kept waiting!

If you are running more than 15 minutes late, your appointed therapist may deem it necessary to reschedule your appointment as this will impact the time available for subsequent appointments. If you are pressed for time you are encouraged to notify us and we will do our best to accommodate your circumstance. From time to time our team may be running behind time. We will always do our best to accommodate you if this is the case.

Appointment & Booking Policy – Please read before booking

We require 24 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment.

All Bookings require a $40 deposit at the time of booking.

Your Booking deposit remains on your account until you wish to use it. You may carry it forward to your next appointment or you may redeem it on check out if you are unsure when you will make your next appointment with us.

If you have a Gift Voucher that contains a voucher number, this may be used instead of giving a booking deposit. Your voucher number must be given at the time of the booking and will be checked before your booking has been confirmed.

All online Bookings require a 50% deposit.

No-shows, Re-scheduling and cancelling appointments without 24 hours notice results in Vanish Skin and Laser redeeming your booking deposit as a cancellation fee. This is to cover the therapist time only.

Gift Voucher Policy 

Gift vouchers purchased may only be redeemed in the business of purchase.

Gift vouchers may be partially redeemed and the balance used at a later date, provided before expiry.

Gift vouchers may be redeemed alongside cash/and or other payment methods.

Gift vouchers are valid for 36 months form the date of purchase.

Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

There are NO refunds on Gift Vouchers under any circumstances.

A gift voucher must be treated as cash as it will not be reissued, refunded or honoured if lost or stolen.

A gift voucher will only be reissued, refunded or honoured where the gift voucher is shown to be faulty or damaged due to the fault of the issuer, or where there has been a breach of any condition or warranty implied under the Australian Consumer Law.

Payment Options

We offers a range of payment options including: Cash, Visa, and Master Card, EFTPOS, Zippay, AfterPay and Phorest Pay.

Refund/Exchange Policy

We are happy to exchange unopened and untampered products within 7 days of the product being purchased.

We do not accept refunds on products or services unless they are faulty. We do not refund for change of mind.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us and all records are at Vanish Skin and Laser Clinic are kept confidential. Your personal information provided to us remains a part of Vanish Skin and Laser Clinic and is not sold to any third party organisations.
