Body Contouring – RF Skin Tightening & Sonophoresis
Fat Ultrasound Body Contouring sculpts your figure and enhances your silhouette by reducing stubborn pockets of fat without the need for invasive surgery such as liposuction.
How does Ultrasound Body Contouring work?
Ultrasound Body Contouring is a medically-established scientific principle that works by applying ultrasound energy to the targeted area of fat cells, converting the fat to a liquid state. The fatty acids are then dispersed and processed through the lymphatic system – your body’s natural filtration system. Ultrasound Body Contouring is specially designed to treat only the targeted fatty areas and not affect surrounding tissue.
Which areas of the body can Ultrasound Body Contouring treat?
Ultrasound Body Contouring is great for treating all the most common areas of stubborn fat such as the abdomen, bra line, buttocks, thighs, ‘love handles’ and upper arms. It’s also highly effective in reducing cellulite and smoothing out problem areas such as the buttocks and thighs.
What does treatment feel like?
Ultrasound Body Contouring treatment is completely non-surgical, non-invasive and doesn’t require anesthesia. Most clients describe the treatment as painless and comfortable. Some clients even find the warm sensation in the targeted area during treatment quite relaxing.
Can I get on with my day after treatment?
Yes! Ultrasound Body Contouring treatments require absolutely no downtime, so you can go about your usual daily activities following your sessions.
How many treatments will I need?
Depending on your individual situation (which we will assess during your consultation), you may need anywhere between 6 and 12 treatments for optimum results. You’ll start to feel the effects after the very first treatment and by the third treatment you should begin to see real improvements take place. Treatments are spaced at one-week intervals to allow your body to flush out the fat released during the process of Ultrasound Body Contouring.
For beautiful results following your treatment…
We recommend drinking plenty of fresh water following your Ultrasound Body Contouring treatments as this will greatly help the process of removing the fatty acids naturally from your body.
A healthy diet and regular exercise is also the best way to maintain your results and keep you looking good and feeling great.

SONOPHORESIS INFUSION
Sonophoresis uses sound waves (ultrasound) to penetrate treatment serums into the deeper layers of the skin where they can be most beneficial. It is non-intrusive and safe for almost anyone.
Basically, it creates a temporary break in the skin’s lipid bi-layers allowing active nutrients to fill little pockets between the skin cells. The sound waves then move the active nutrients down into the deeper skin layers.
Sonophoresis can increase the skin’s permeability by up to 800%. Magic!!
BodyShock

- Abdomen and sides : Loss of tissue firmness and localized fat accumulation on both the anterior and lateral regions.
- Buttocks : loss of firmness and signs of sagging.
- Legs : Tendency to retain fluids and fat nodules, causing the so-called “orange peel” effect.

We begin with a dry brush experience and a luxurious exfoliation scrub. Enjoy a stimulating hot towel treatment over your entire body.
After a full body exfoliation, we will immerse your body in your chosen wrap. A Jade Eye Mask is placed to release toxins and reduce any puffiness around the eyes.
We then wrap you up like a baby getting swaddled and take the time to focus on the arms and hands, exfoliating and massaging. You just need to enjoy the nap.
CRYOLIPOLSIS (FAT FREEZING)
Cryolipolysis works through a process of apoptosis. The fat cells are damaged by the application of cold (cryo) therapy and are then naturally processed through your own Lymphatic system. The results are similar to liposuction although is non-surgical where there are no needles, no bleeding, no anaesthetic and no recovery period. Some redness after the treatment can occur but fades soon after, it can also feel a little tender to touch after the treatment and for the next few days after.
After one hour of treatment, you can walk out of Vanish Skin and Laser knowing, within a few weeks, your shape will slowly start to change to find the beautiful body that has been hidden for a while. Some clients find best results if a second session is undertaken, although due to the natural body process this can only be done 8 weeks after the previous treatment. We also recommend to ensure you get the best possible results to have this combined with 6-8 weekly Fat Cavitation treatments.
Should I get Cryolipolysis or Cavitation?
Cryolipolysis and cavitation have similarities as they both are non-invasive treatments against localised fat, have no side effects and the effectiveness of both treatments is based on the rupture of the membrane of the adipocyte in order to remove fat. Cavitation, results are perceived faster, but sometimes the effects are not as durable or definite.
Cryolipolisis, operates with controlled low temperatures focused on the problematic area. Results may take longer to be achieved and generally are only noticeable about a month after the start of the treatment, but they are more stable and durable. Although to get the same effects in the same area, cavitation requires a greater number of regular sessions compared to Cryolipolysis. However, to significantly enhance the results of a Cryolipolysis treatment we highly recommend weekly Cavitation treatments for 8 weeks, as these two treatments work great together to ensure the best possible outcome out of your Cryolipolysis.
Cryo V
Cryo V is a cosmetic treatment to remove areas of body fat. It works by freezing the fat cells from specific parts of the body where it is more difficult to remove fat that by diet and exercise.
Cryo V is a non-invasive treatment so there is no damage to the skin or underlying tissues. During the procedure, your therapist vacuums the skin above the area of fatty tissue into an applicator that cools the fat cells. The cold temperatures numb the area, and some people feel a cooling sensation.
RF Skin Tightening & Sonophoresis
Radio Frequency, also referred to as RF, is a fantastic treatment for tightening loose or sagging skin on any area of the body to produce firmer, more youthful looking skin.
How does RF work?
RF works by generating heat and applying it to the epidermal and dermal layers of the skin. The heat causes tissue retraction, resulting in instantly tighter and firmer skin. It also works to stimulate collagen production which over time produces a more youthful looking appearance.
Which areas of the body can RF treat?
RF can effectively treat the entire body depending on your skin concern.
- Tightens and lifts loose or sagging skin around the jowls, neck, chin, tummy, buttocks, thighs, arms and legs
- Tightens, smoothes and improves facial skin tone to reduce fine lines and wrinkles
- Reduces and smoothes the appearance of cellulite and uneven skin tone
- Firms ageing skin, including décolleté, to produce a more youthful appearance
What does the treatment feel like?
RF is a painless treatment and most clients will experience zero discomfort. Some find the warm sensation relaxing.
Can I get on with my day after treatment?
You sure can! Some clients may experience redness immediately post treatment, but this typically subsides not long after treatment. As there is no downtime, you can get on with your day as usual.
How many treatments will I need?
This will all depend on your individual situation, and we will carefully assess this for you during your consultation. Some clients may only need 4 treatments, while other may require 6 or 8 to achieve brilliant results.
When will I start seeing results?
When it comes to the tightening and lifting effect of RF, it can produce instant results. You will notice immediate improvements to your skin tone that will just get better with each session. The collagen remodeling aspect of RF takes a little more time and you will reach full benefits of the collagen stimulation around 3 months after treatment.
Special care following your treatment…
It is a good idea to avoid excess sun exposure and always apply sunscreen if going out into the sun post treatment. Caring for your skin will ensure the beautiful results of your RF treatments stay with you for a long time to come.

TATTOO REMOVAL
With the mainstreaming of tattoos becoming more and more accepted, more people are turning to permanent skin art. Whether for aesthetic, cultural, or personal reasons, tattoos can be beautiful- but there are a lot of people out there who have woken up with unintelligible writings on their backs, or matching ink with their now ex-partners.
Whether their views have changed, their job aspirations are less welcoming of tattoos than hoped, or they’d prefer not to have permanent reminder of a certain experience, tattoo removal is on the rise. In fact, one quarter of Australians under the age of thirty have at least one tattoo, and more than a quarter of them would now like it removed.
– 22% of men, and 29% of women between ages 20 to 29 have tattoos
– 19% of Australians have at least one tattoo, with females averaging at 24%
– 34% of tattooed Australians regret their tattoo, and one in seven of them are actively considering removal.
Depending on the type of tattoo, we use different lasers to target the pigment in the skin and break it down, so that the particles are small enough for your body to safely remove them.
There’s no one size fits all approach the Laser Tattoo Removal – no one wavelength will work for all colours and inks, and some are more difficult to remove than others.
Our Lasers target the pigments in the skin’s dermis, which absorb the laser’s light and fragment. Different lasers target different colour spectrums using different wavelengths, and since these lasers are so precise, the surrounding skin is spared from unnecessary damage.
The number of sessions varies from person to person, depending on the size and colouration of the tattoo, and how deeply it sits in your skin. It can take from six to ten weeks between sessions for your body to break down and absorb the pigment residue, and your skin must be fully healed before undergoing further treatment, in order to avoid damage.
Does it hurt?
The short answer is yes: but most patients who undergo the procedure will confidently tell you that it doesn’t hurt any more than getting the tattoo in the first place. Some compare the feeling to having an elastic band flicked at your skin. Others have reported it’s more like being repeatedly scratched by cats. The deciding factor is you, and your personal pain tolerance.
How long does it take?
Once again, that all depends on you. Smaller tattoos will take less time than larger ones. Black, dark blue, brown and dark green inks are far easier to remove than light colours such as yellow, red, orange and pale blue.
The intricacy of the tattoo can also alter the time it takes, as more detailed designs will require more work. However, darker inks will seem to fade faster, though multiple sessions are required before they’re close to being removed completely.
A Consultation and Test Patch is required to determine how many estimated treatments and suitability.
